Elise's first birthday party was a complete success! Almost all of her relatives were there to celebrate -- some
driving over ten hours to do so. 
The weather was beautiful, so people could mingle outside; there were plenty of kids to help Elise unwrap presents, and Elise smashed cake all over her face as people expected.
